CANCELLATION POLICY

How do I cancel my order?

John Hupper offers a one-hour window for your order to be canceled or modified. Once you have placed an order with John Hupper, you can drop email to Customer Care at support@johnhupper.in to cancel the order or modify it within one hour of placing the order.

Where will be my money credited once I have canceled my order before shipment?

If you choose to cancel your order within an hour of placing it with us, you will get the refund in next 6-7 business days.

 

How can I cancel my order after shipment?

If the cancellation is done after your product(s) have been shipped, you can do one of the following:

  • If your product(s) have been shipped but have not been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  • If you received the product, you can return it immediately and contact Customer Support, informing them of the cancellation.
  • If you have accepted the product, it will be eligible for return. 
  • After an hour, the order is sent for shipment and cannot be canceled. You will then have to initiate a return. After adhering to our Return & Exchange policy.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

If you choose to cancel your order within an hour of placing it with us.

How will I get my money back after cancellation?

Once you have requested cancellation, you will get the refund amount in your account in next 6-7 days.

 

RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS JOHN HUPPER RETURN POLICY?

We strive towards providing you with the best customer experience. However, if you're not completely satisfied with the product, you can return your order within 10-days from the date of receipt for 100% reimbursement of the amount paid. You are required to return the product in its original and unused condition along with the original packaging, tags and accessories (if any). You are welcome to try on a product however, the adequate measure to preserve its condition is necessary.

Returns, Exchange and Refunds are valid for all the orders. For orders with a minimum value of Rs500/-, a shipping cost of Rs 50/-or Rs100/- will be incurred.

JOHN HUPPER 10-day Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, John Hupper Return & Exchange policy offers you an option to return or exchange a product within 10 days from the date of receipt. If you choose to exchange the item for the reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, any exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
In case of return to get a NEFT transfer of the amount paid.

Conditions for Return and Refund and Exchange for a multiple product order?

  • For order(s) that has multiple product in it, partial or complete refund is applicable. You need to return the order and the refund is payable through the store credits in your John Hupper wallet.
  •  For single product order, refund is applicable and payable either through the store credits or a NEFT transfer.
  •  If any of the product(s) in a multiple product order is defective/ damaged, or wrong size and you are looking for a return, in  such case, the payment is made through the store credits.
  •  If any of the product(s) in a multiple product order is damaged/defective or wrong size and you are looking for an exchange, we will be more than happy to exchange it, however subject to availability.

At the time of return, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging along with all the accessories, tags, and its invoice.

Following shipping charges conditions are applicable.

SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE DEDUCTED IF:

·The product you wish to return has quality issue.
